HOTEVOO® is a project of Teknica de F. Bernardinelli, registration number CHE-132.672.670.
By registering as a HOTEVOO Partner ("Partner"), the property identified in the registration form ("Hotel") enters into a non-exclusive commercial relationship with Teknica de F. Bernardinelli, 1950 Sion, Valais, Switzerland, registration number CHE-132.672.670 ("HOTEVOO").
This relationship covers HOTEVOO's facilitation of direct deal offers between HOTEVOO users and the Hotel, the Hotel's obligation to honour confirmed deals at the agreed net rate, and associated invoicing and commission flows.
HOTEVOO acts as a commercial intermediary and is not a party to the final hotel booking contract, which is concluded directly between the user and the Hotel.
When a HOTEVOO direct deal is accepted and the user's stay is completed, HOTEVOO will invoice the Hotel for a commission equal to 8% (eight percent) of the gross booking value agreed at the time of the deal offer ("Direct Deal Commission").
The Direct Deal Commission is calculated on the total accommodation amount inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The commission rate applicable to each deal is confirmed in the individual deal offer sent to the Hotel. Ongoing rate adjustments require written agreement from both parties.
HOTEVOO will issue an invoice to the Hotel following confirmation that the user's stay has been completed. Invoices are payable within 30 (thirty) days of the issue date.
Late payment may incur statutory interest at the applicable rate under Swiss law (Art. 104 CO).
The Hotel is responsible for ensuring that billing contact information and bank details on the HOTEVOO Partner account are kept accurate and up to date. HOTEVOO is not liable for misdirected payments resulting from incorrect billing information provided by the Hotel.
In the event of a cancellation or no-show by the user, the Direct Deal Commission obligation lapses unless the Hotel has charged or retained a cancellation fee from the user, in which case commission applies to the amount retained.
Final cancellation and no-show policies are subject to the terms agreed in each individual deal offer and any applicable partner addendum. HOTEVOO reserves the right to introduce a standardised no-show policy applicable to all partners with reasonable advance notice.
The Hotel warrants that all information provided during registration and any subsequent updates — including legal entity name, VAT/tax identification, registered address, billing contact details, and banking information — is accurate, complete, and up to date.
The Hotel will notify HOTEVOO promptly of any material change to its registration data.
HOTEVOO may suspend partner access if material inaccuracies in registration data are identified and not corrected within a reasonable timeframe following notification.
HOTEVOO processes hotel partner registration and contact data for the purpose of managing the partner relationship, issuing invoices, and communicating regarding deal offers. The applicable legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interests.
Hotel partner data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except where required for invoicing, legal compliance, or with explicit consent.
For full details on data processing, retention, and your rights as a data subject, please refer to the HOTEVOO Privacy Policy available at https://www.hotevoo.com/privacy-policy.
These Partner Terms of Service are accepted electronically at the time of partner registration. The person completing the registration confirms that they are authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of the Hotel.
HOTEVOO records the acceptance timestamp, the identity of the accepting individual, their IP address, browser agent, and the version of the terms accepted. This record constitutes the legal record of acceptance.
These terms may be updated by HOTEVOO with 30 days' advance notice communicated to the billing email address on record. Continued participation as a HOTEVOO Partner following the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
