Frequently asked questions
Does HOTEVOO guarantee the price will drop below my target?

No. Price Match monitors the rate of the specific property you selected: HOTEVOO tracks that hotel's published rate over time and notifies you if it finds a condition compatible with your target. Price movements depend on availability, seasonality and the property's policies — all beyond HOTEVOO's control.

Does HOTEVOO book automatically if it finds my target price?

No. Price Match never books automatically. When we find a compatible condition we send you an email with instructions. Where available, you can complete the booking through HOTEVOO using Book Now; in selected cases a Private Deal may be sent directly to the property. You always decide, after a final check of availability, price and conditions.

How much does activating a Price Match cost?

Activating a Price Match monitoring is free. A payment method may be requested as confirmation of genuine interest: activation does not charge the card used. To keep more than one monitoring active at the same time an Explorer plan is required.

How long does my Price Match request stay active?

You can choose the monitoring duration from 3, 7, 14 and 30 days. At the end of the selected period the request is automatically deactivated. You will receive a notification one day before expiry. You can deactivate the monitoring before it expires from your account.

What happens if the hotel I chose never reaches my target?

If no compatible condition is found by the expiry date, the request closes automatically with no charge. You can reopen the monitoring with a different target or explore other hotels with HOTEVOO — the flexible-date search may surface similar properties at rates closer to your expectations.
